California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)
All businesses must submit a plan annually if any hazardous material or waste exceeds one of the following threshold amounts
55 Gallons
500 Pounds
200 Cubic Feet
Stormwater Multiple Application & Report Tracking System (SMARTS)
All businesses with a Standard Industrial Classifications (SICs) ranging from 2000 – 3999 must apply for one of the following permits
